Calling all foodies! Presented by Sunday River and O'Maine Studios, the third annual Chef Summit invites the top chefs and mixologists in New England to the slopes of Western Maine for a culinary event like no other. And to sleep off that food coma, you'll want to stay the night.  

12 Chef Teams from Maine & the World will bring their culinary passion to the third annual Chef Summit.  Food lovers will experience an international fusion of flavor with a Maine twist. Join renowned Chefs, Mixologists, Brewers, Distillers and Wine-makers for Maine's first international culinary event!

CHEF SUMMIT INDUSTRY GATHERING

Chefs, food & beverage producers and culinary/hospitality leaders from Maine and the world come together to ignite new ideas and stimulate industry growth with 
series of panels topics.   A private all industry Chef Summit reception will toast our invited International guests from US cities, Canada, Iceland & Norway.  Stay tuned Chef Summit Industry updates on the panel topics and participants for 2018. 

CHEF SUMMIT MAINE & THE WORLD CHEF TASTING EVENT 

Saturday Feb 3rd, 6 PM to 9 PM

Chefs from Maine are joined by chefs from 3 US cities, Canada, Iceland, Norway along with the aspiring ProStart culinary student team to create a world food and beverage experience.  Our participating chefs pair Maine's local farm and sea products with the Chef's favorite native ingredients from their city or country. The beverages will take on inspired global tasting from Maine's craft beer to spirits and wine from around the US and the Nordic countries.   Tickets are $79.00 for the three hour tasting event and 3 beverage tickets.  Ages 21 plus.
