Seaside Yoga at Fisherman's Point

Enjoy a Seaside Vinyasa practice, designed to warm your body and stimulate your energy flow through breath and movement. Begin with mindful movement and finish with a restorative Savasana as you draw the attention inward allowing the practice to be a sanctuary for the mind, body and spirit. Modifications will be offered to suit all levels.
